admin ability to add categories

Reported by gaffo | October 24th, 2008 @ 01:42 PM | in different categories of feeds

need to create a list of categories such as "rails" for the system.

Categories have a many to many relationship with feeds.

We need to move the feeds pages to be under this category resource. somthing like

/rails/feeds/latest would be the homepage showing the stream of commits.
