add google ad support

would like to be able to add a advertising snippet to the site. should be configurable, at least the google apidkey. Might want to make a settings table.

I think this is a bad idea at first. I think we should get it up and going first. Make money from our names getting out and not from this. I don't think it will be as well received if there are adds all over it.
