fix the points calculation

The points don't seem to be calculating correctly. One suggestion is to use a counter cache on the author_feed and possibly even put an observer on Post and Feed that fire: - when a new post is created, updating the author_feed's total points. - when the feed's points changes, update all author feeds with the new points.
This will alleviate the complexity of calculating points for users. Especially if we go many 2 many on author_feeds <> users

That happened because we removed my blog and added it back without deleting the old posts.

There are 2 of your most recent posts at the top of your page on incento. Duplicates. Also, There is no post in the DB that doesn't have a feed.

I just wiped it all added the data back and parsed it again. Seems to be working.
